Long wait for appointment overall nice office staff.

Hi there, I thought Lizabeth's talk was really, really nice and sweet and great, but the nurse made a comment when I said that I don't use birth control. She made this face and was just like, oh. I'm not gonna lie, I did feel like I was being judged, and then it did impact what I was sharing with the doctor. I was kind of reluctant to tell the doctor about I just do fertility tracking and I just felt judged by this one nurse during the experience. I do have to be honest with that.

So I'm usually very happy and she's given me time, but this time she was rushing. I felt like I didn't have enough time to discuss everything I wanted to discuss at this appointment. Okay.

The wait times are very high in this office. That's all.

My experience with my doctor was wonderful and her staff was wonderful, also. My only issue was with your overcrowded parking lot! It took 15 minutes to find a parking space making me arrive late for my appointment!

Professional, thorough, caring and personable. The doctor and the entire staff are excellent. She followed-up on labs the next day or when they were available and explained the results and actions to be taken

Dr Kopp is excellent. I highly recommended her. She is very knowledgeable & professional. She explains everything in detail, always listens to concerns & is attentive which is very rare in doctors today.

The office staff was very lenient on letting a few very sick patients in office that were coughing and spitting all over office. I however, was given a mask immediately! Also, a staff member came out and asked everyone else but me if I needed a parking pass! Very annoying because I asked for one upon arrival. I was told at my visit I would be given one! Not until I asked was I given one, upon checking out! I booked over a year in advance and still could not get the appointment I requested because I work very early in the morning. Somebody gets these appts. The disregard for the two very sick patients germs spread to other patients was very concerning. They should have been told to reschedule!

The staff was also very nice and helpful.

My health care provider, Lizabeth Kopp, is absolutely fabulous. However, the scheduling, I was not contacted to reschedule an appointment, which was after my - a day after my appointment. I had this appointment in my books for over a year, and they were not able to keep the I was done on - it was done virtually via text message, which is completely insufficient, and I had to leave a meeting to be able to keep my appointment. Okay. Thank you so much.

I've been patient of Dr.Kopp for more than 20 years. She is excellent doctor.

The only negative issue is the parking garage is very challenging when your doctor is at 20 Prospect Ave. I may consider changing after using this practice for 40+ years.

Dr Kopp is an excellent doctor. I have been her patient for over 25 years. If I have a health concern I would ask her because she knows me and I value her opinion.
