Easy and quick appointment process. Fast process to get in and get X-rays. I was seen with 25 minutes. Great experience. Excellent doctor Dr. Chen.

Parking was a horrible experience! And the woman said she validated my parking but the machine tried to charge me anyways! Otherwise a very pleasant visit.

I saw three different physicians in order to take a look at my most recent injury of tearing my patella tendon. And out of all three physicians, Dr. Chen easily left the most positive impact on us. And even though he's still fairly new to his practice and the other physicians we met had much more experience, we still felt most comfortable doing the big surgical procedure with him over the other two, just because of the customer service or patient service that he was able to provide, how nice he was, and how easy to understand or easy, easily understandable he was in explaining everything about the procedure and answering all my questions. So yes, I would easily recommend him to everyone else. It's been a pleasure meeting and working with him.

Only issue is better building signage. It was my first time there. It's very confusing to know where to enter and where to park for visitors. I actually took the elevator to the P level and found myself wandering around there looking for stairs down. Then went back, and took the elevator down again. Honestly the building gets a zero out of 10 for confusing signage. You need to put up much clearer signs, especially for first time people. Oh, the security guard at the parking gate was very professional and helpful.

I have great experience with the Doctor Chen. I will definitely go back because he was caring, listening and professional. However the assisting nurse was very unprofessional at all. she was chewing gum in her mouth from the moment she was calling my husband, into the examining room, and until she left.
